  • Responsible for own financial cost centre under direction of Team Leader or Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITES 

Recruitment Consultant

  • Ability to identify candidates for requirements and also to successfully qualify these candidates.
  • Ability to mobilize candidates with limited assistance.

  • Ability to look after existing contractors.
  • Expected duration is 24 months depending on ability and performance.


Lead Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader

  • Responsibility for management and control of a recruitment team, with an emphasis on day to day deliverables including achieving call targets, monitoring CVs sent and contractors placed.
  • Delivery of a budget for own recruitment team.
  • Ensure correct use of IT systems and that all work is performed to relevant quality procedures.
  • Business development to ensure consistency of workload for recruitment team.
  • Account management of key clients, including regular client visits where appropriate.
  • On the job training for team members, with an emphasis on the management and allocation of time.
  • Detailed knowledge of payrolling and invoicing procedures.

  • Full responsibility for management and control of multiple recruitment teams.
  • Full input into the budgeting process and ownership of the delivery of that budget for multiple recruitment teams.
  • Calculation of bonuses on a monthly basis.
  • Use of front end IT systems to drive business performance and day-to-day reporting along with the judicious and relevant use of KPI’s.
  • Driving business development to ensure consistency of workload for recruitment teams.
  • Take the lead role in the account management of key strategic clients.
  • Career development of consultants including regular reviews, setting personal development plans, and monitoring achievements against predefined goals.
  • Development of a training schedule for consultants to include both “on the job” training in addition to external courses where appropriate.
  • Full knowledge of payrolling and invoicing procedures.
  • Full knowledge of credit control issues, including responsibility for dealing with certain clients in these areas.   
  • Responsible for dealing with contractors referred to NES, including involvement in development and implementation of a strategy to market to such candidates.
  • Full understanding of all contractual issues with a strong emphasis on insurance and taxation.  The ability to negotiate contracts with clients at a senior level.
  • Ability to manage difficult contractors and deal with all problems that may arise.
  • Offer support and advice where appropriate to the operations manager on a number of key issues.
