My client is one of the world\'s leading mining companies, and they are currently seeking a Regional HSE Manager to be based in their London office with international travel. The company has operations based globally, and this role will be responsible for HSE within the Asia region (including Russia, China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan). You will be required to provide HSE leadership within this region, focussing on:

Providing effective HSE delivery
Implementing and contributing to the design of HSE processes, practices and systems
Collaborating with other regions and key HSE stakeholders within the group in developing and implementing strategic HSE plans

As part of the role you will need to interact closely with internal and external contacts, including exploration teams, project management, NGO/lobbying groups and other HSE Managers.

You must possess appropriate qualifications (Chartered Membership of IOSH or similar), as well as demonstrable abilities in HSE Management. You must have worked in the mineral exploration industry.
