Our client is an American pharmaceutical company with a new and expanding site in Northern Ireland. The company is currently investing in this site and will be developing new products to introduce to the market. There is currently an opportunity to join them as a Quality Assurance Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all Quality systems on site, developing SOPs, meeting the annual budget and developing and tracking key performance within the laboratory. You will also be involved in training and developing staff, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently, taking responsibility for document control and participating in design reviews.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, have good management skills of both projects and people and be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
