As a result of growth, this very well established and pioneering building contractor are looking to recruit a project surveyor to oversee the financial control of some of their projects.

With over 25 offices across the UK, each of them refurbished to a very high standard, you will be working with a company respected for their growth rates in the last decade due to high levels of service to their clients and a stable, econimically viable business model.

Reporting to the regional manager, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience and understanding of variations, administration of sub contractor accounts and valuations. A good level of knoweldge of the construction industry particularly with experience within the commercial sectors such as retails fit-outs and office developments is essential.
