Our Client is an engineering contractor specialising in the water sector, and are currently looking to recruit a Project Engineer for their West midlands offices. Working within a project team under a Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for co-ordinating all electrical, mechanical, civil and process engineering activities of company resources, vendors and sub-contractors in the execution of projects, ensuring that contractual obligations are satisfied efficiently and effectively. They may be required to deputise for the Project Manager as appropriate.
Applicants should have an HNC or above in preferably Mechanical Engineering, although other relevant disciplines such as Electrical or Process Engineering will be considered, together with previous experience in a similar type role, preferably in a process related environment.
