Our clients, a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a Premises Engineer at their offices in Central London to be a member of a small team of premises engineers covering the fields of architectural/ building engineering. To act as technical expert adviser to project teams and to act as a deputy to the Principal Premises Engineer on building/architectural related issues.

Degree level qualification in a related discipline or equilvalent experience
Member of relevant engineering/building institute
Considerable post qualification experience in relevant technical/engineering roles/industries
Substantial track record of providing commercial achievement in an engineering environment
