Requirement for Construction Operations Managers who will be assigned to a project management organisation and represent all construction activities.

You will be required to Manage all construction Home Office and Field activities for Projects as assigned by the Manager.
Manage all aspects of HSEQ and IR within assigned responsibilities and ensure that the content and objectives of the EPC's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies and manuals are implemented and understood by staff.
Liaise, communicate and operate in conjunction with all other areas of Company operations to ensure satisfactory teamwork operation for the effective execution of projects within assigned responsibilities to achieve the Company�s Corporate and project profitability and schedule requirements.
Develop and allocate resource requirements for assigned projects making best use of available resources. Provide recruiting requirements to the recruitment team and assist in the recruitment effort.
Provide construction strategy and input for construction aspects of proposals to the Manager, Construction Proposals as directed by the Manager, Construction Operations.
Carry out special assignments and any other duties, roles and responsibilities as required by the Manager, Construction Operations.
Deputise for the Manager and/or Divisional Director, Construction Operations as and when required
