An International Client is currently recruiting for a Project located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Client is looking for someone suitable & experienced to fill in the position Lead Subsea Engineer - SURF where the role will be permanently based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements
l Detailed and specialized knowledge and experience of subsea, pipeline and riser engineering for deepwater oil and gas fields.
2 Detailed and specialized knowledge and experience of subsea, pipeline and riser fabrication and installation for deepwater oil and gas fields.
3 Highly developed cross cultural influencing skills for work with INPEX Masela and subcontract staff of varied nationalities and backgrounds.
4 PC fluency in Microsoft Office programs and skilled user of specialist discipline programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
l Responsible for technical authority for SURF (Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flowline) structure and control systems.
2 Responsible to the SURF Manager for delivery of the engineering documentation satisfying the design requirements in compliance with the constraints of cost, time and technical quality.
3 Review and Check SURF Engineering documents submitted by engineering contractors.
4 Ensures that the level of Technical Integrity required for the safe and long term operation of the Surface Facilities is maintained through all stages of Project development, including Operating and Maintenance philosophies and procedures.
5 Sets and maintains high personal standards for HSE, QA and ethical behaviors as an example for the Facilities Engineering Team, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
6 Provides technical guidance and mentoring for discipline engineers within the SURF Engineering Team so as to develop and expand their skills and knowledge.
