ur client is an expanding family business specializing in the supply and hire of electronic measuring equipment.

We are looking for a professional technical manager to develop our well established electro-acoustic instrumentation customer support and calibration laboratory. The laboratory operates to BS EN IEC /ISO 17025 standards and offers an all makes calibration service as well as maintenance and repair contracts for the more popular types of precision sound level meters and analysers. The current laboratory staff comprises of five engineers and technicians and it is hoped to expand this as the business develops.

Experience in the management of technical accreditation procedures and the management of technical support services are essential and we would expect that the successful applicant would hold a relevant degree or diploma.

The position is based at our facilities in Great Dunmow, Essex and we work a 37.5 hour 5 day week and in addition to competitive salaries and terms of employment we have a company bonus scheme that pays six monthly supplements for above budget performance.
