Instrument Maintenance Technician- Chester - 30-32k - Permanent Position

We are seeking to recruit a Control and Instrumentation Technician. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of on-site and satellite production plants operating on a continuous basis, by the effective use of site operating procedures, quality assurance systems and good working practices. Your role will also cover planning and execution of preventative and breakdown maintenance of the operating equipment. Experience/Qualifications The candidate will ideally have 5 years experience in the operation and maintenance of a continuous production facility, preferably distillation or chemical industries. The ideal candidate would have a trade discipline in either Instrument, electrical or mechanical fields, with formal qualifications to ONC, City and Guilds, NVQ, or similar level of achievement.

The facility is based near Chester and the candidate should live with-in daily travelling distance of the facility.
