Fantastic opportunity to join oil services provider at an exciting time as an HR Manager. Candidates will have extensive corporate HR experience coupled with industry qualification.

The role requires solid experience of strategic HR management within an international facing company and a sound understanding of both UK and European HR policy and procedure.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinking person that can work with senior management to define policy, improve procedure and deliver long and short term goals.

The role will have a number of both direct and indirect reports meaning candidates should be comfortable leading a small highly skilled team. Although experience of the oil and gas marketplace is not required it is expected that the incumbent will be able to familiarize themselves with the business quickly.

The role will require some international travel as well as travel throughout the UK and will report to the HRD in the US.
