Continuous Improvement Engineering Manager Permanent - 40,000

We are working along side a well-known food manufacture based in Bristol, they are currently looking Engineering Manager to focus on Continuous Improvements on site.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your role will be the delivery of continuous improvements engineering projects with the provision of incorporating PPM systems. Our candidate will have experience of PLC controlled equipment and ideally be qualified to HNC level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Dealing with general Improvement of processes, reliability and cost base in conjunction with the maintennace, project & quality teams. Deal with legalisation of all aspects of the engineering department. You will have a good knowledge of productional and operational staff development. You will provide guidance and effective communication to site teams and support the teams with H&S, legalisation & HACCP standards.

Qualified to HNC ideally Degree level, you will need a working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques. Working within Food background. With a Superb benefits package on offer including a salary of circa 37,000 - 40,000.
