Design Manager is required by the major projects division of one of the top 10 largest building contractors in the UK. They are ideally looking for an individual to be involved initially as Bid Manager coordinating the negotiation and design of a multi-million pound projects with a view to progressing to Design Manager once the project has been secured.

The major projects division undertakes projects valued at 40 Million upwards and they are currently working on securing a PFI contract worth 120 Million in the healthcare sector, a Building Schools for the Future partnership and various other large scale build projects across the UK. The position is based in their office in West Midland and will involve input throughout the project life-cycle.

Successful applicants will have extensive experience of working on similar scale projects for nationally recognised main contractors.
