Our clients are a large consultancy firm who are looking for a Design Co-ordinator in their offices in Croydon. They are looking for an individual to oversee the coordination and management of all multidisciplinary aspects of the interim station designs for a major Railway project. Overseeing the project through to RIBA Stage E.

Experience required

Significant experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary design resources, including: Mechanical & Electrical, Fire Engineering, Comms, Architecture, Civil / Structural, Passenger Modelling, Traffic management and Utilities.
Significant experience in LU underground station design, including working knowledge of all relevant CAT 1 and CAT 2 LU Standards, the LU assurance process as defined in 1-538, and the Acceptance, Handover and Commissioning Log process
Significant experience in managing interfaces with the Asset Maintainer
