They have built up an enviable reputation delivering contract and commercial management services while assisting their clients in the management of their financial and commercial interests on a diverse range of projects. These have ranged from major IT outsourcing contracts in both the public and private sectors, through public infrastructure projects in transport, energy and water supply, public and private construction and engineering projects in numerous sectors.

Our client continues to have ambitious expansion plans and therefore seeks new Senior Quantity Surveyors/Commercial Management Consultants to join there professional yet growing team. Current services offered by this team include; contract negotiations, pre and post-contract commercial management, quantity surveying, final account negotiation and agreement, claims and dispute resolution.

To be considered for this role, candidates should posses;
Excellent qualifications, ideally with a secondary legal qualification
An excellent track record in Commercial Management and/or claims and dispute resolution
Good contract analysis, development, drafting and negotiation skills
Strong verbal / written communication skills, deployable at all levels
A robust character with sound legal/contract/commercial experience
Some experience in client development and client management
