Great opportunity to join one of the leading, global oil/ gas companies who are looking for a Business Process/ Change Manager. This role is looking for someone who has an excellent track record delivering IT based solutions whilst providing business process and change management within the Global Oil & Gas markets. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable knowledge of E&P, logistics, supply, transportation, storage and distribution.

This person will be a vastly experienced Programme/ Project Manager used to managing multi disciplinary teams on a wide range of projects. Key skills will include; BPR; bid/ tender writing; budgeting/ forecasting and risk management; solutions architecture (infrastructure), design, implementation and integration; service delivery and procedural management.

Global supplier and 3rd party management skills are a must and this person will ideally have a strong network working alongside some of the major solution providers.

The candidate will be ideally educated to degree level in either Computing or Engineering subjects and will have extensive experience working within the Oil & Gas Markets. The company are offering a very attractive package comprising of; base salary, annual bonus, pension, insurance/ medical benefits, accommodation allowance, relocation assistance and schooling fees.

The position will fit into the Corporate Technology & Innovation department, involved in building and maintaining the company�s technological excellence within petroleum engineering, drilling, engineering and project management disciplines.
The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team with the objective of facilitating innovative solutions to enhance field recovery, optimise operational efficiency and bridging gaps between strategic goals and available technologies.

Please note, this is a permanent position requiring someone to be based permanently in Copenhagen.
