Our client is the midlands largest, privately owned, regional building contractor. From their base in Warwickshire they operate across the West & East Midlands region and have an enviable reputation as both employer and contractor.

Their philiosphy is one of working with the client rather than against them and this is proven in their high levels of repeat business with long established client relationships.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Worcestershire on a Design & Build, 13.5 Million project. The project is retail for a well known blue chip client and consists of a steel frame construction with high spec interior fit-out. As Assistant QS you will be required to work underneath the Senior Project QS on all commercial management of the project for its 48 week contract duration.

Working closely with the Senior QS on site is an excellent opportunity for the right individual as this will enable the indiviudal to further their experience and career; and they will expect you to progress to Quantity Surveyor to run your own sites as soon as practical.
