Main Objectives
You will manage the vendor to the responsibilities outlined in the contract and statement of work so a background in project management is a must. As a Application Support Manager you must have an excellent understanding of ADSM and BASSD

� Major Role Responsibilities:
o Defines project approach and gaining client, client engagement manager, and project team member buy-in;
o Leads and directs one or more project teams;
o Creates, reviews, evaluates project plans and objectives;
o Tracks and reports progress relative to time, budget, and demonstrated results;
o Negotiates with clients, colleagues and outside vendors;
o Communicates project status, milestones and issues to the project sponsors;
o Applies effective project management methodologies and control techniques;
o Works independently and with Project Team members to ensure task-level plans are completed and executed on track;
o Manages project critical path and scope.
