Senior Project Manager Civil Dublin

We have been given opportunity to recruit a key position for a global consultancy business focused on providing high-quality construction consultancy, programme and project management, cost management and management consultancy services across six continents from a network of 54 offices.

Main Project Focus

As part of a major metro infrastructure project in Dublin There is a requirement for Senior Project managers to lead various structures and heritage projects in congested city centre locations with associated traffic management. The projects can include construction of sub-stations, building surveys and basement protection or filling, dismantling of statues and other heritage items, temporary bridge structures and junction re-alignment.

Skills Knowledge and Qualifications

You should be member of RICS, CIOB or APM or similar with a background in project management.
You should have at least 5 years experience of working on similar projects (congested city centre civil works)
You should be able to work as part of strong team and also using your own initiative.
Ideally you will have experience of managing a team, including external design and other consultants.
Experience is essential in pre-planning and stake holder management.
