An international company requires Proposal Engineers for their Water & Waste Water Division.

1)To work on new proposals, plan, and tender for new projects.
2)To apply your technical expertise, commercial acumen, project management & client liaison skills to ensure that project outcomes meet both the company, and the clients expectations.
3)A Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
4)At least 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
5)Good English communication and writing skills.
6)Based in Singapore/Malaysia office.
