Project Manager is required by a main contractor based in Solihull and operating across the West Midlands region. They undertake both Traditional and Design & Build projects with values of between 3 Million and 20 Million including both refurbishment and new build. Much of their workload is for local authorities including education and healthcare project; and they also undertake commercial and industrial projects for private clients and developers.

As Project Manager you will report to a Contracts Manager for the business and be involved with projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager is involved at various stages throughout the construction process from pre-construction, design and planning stages through to project delivery and successful handover.

The Project Manager will be responsible for one of a number of projects valued in excess of 10 Million in the West Midlands area and will be responsible for managing a team of Site Managers and Site Engineers.

As Project Manager for a main contractor you will ideally be from a Site Management background having first hand experience of running projects of a similar nature and have experience in the role of Project Manager also.
