Project Manager is required for a building contractor based in the West Midlands. The company was established over 25 years ago and remains family owned with an annual turnover of 40 Million.

They have several divisions within the group and their contracts division undertakes projects valued at up between 1 Million and 10 Million including new build, fit-out and refurbishment. They have a broad range of clients from local authorities to some of the largest blue chip companies in the UK.

As a consequence of the success of the division they have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join them. As Project Manager you will be required to run their flagship, larger projects valued at between 5 Million and 10 Million. You should be able to manage a project from pre-construction including programming through to successful delivery and working closely with the client throughout.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, with experience of working on projects in excess of 5 Million, to further their career with a leading, family owned, midlands builder.
