My client requires a highly qualified candidate for a key role within their oil and gas business. Your role will be to manage the delivery of a portfolio of complex business process improvement projects for clients in this sector ranging from asset optimisation and production optimisation to business change. This will involve understanding clients' strategic challenges, important problems, issues and concerns and decision-making processes. You will hold overall responsibility for the successful implementation of these projects whilst supporting and coaching Project Managers in their roles.

Candidates must be educated to degree-level and fluent in English: fluency in another European language (particularly French, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) would be a distinct advantage. You must also have a track record of delivering business improvements and an intimate understanding of the oil and gas industry. Travel is a key part of this role, so you must also be comfortable with this.
