Junior Buyer / Procurement Coordinator - Staff
Location: Surrey
Salary 16k - 19k pa + bens

Purpose:
To provide an efficient and cost-effective IT Purchasing and IT Administrator service

About the Role
Key Results Areas:
-Provide quality IT Purchasing Service
-Ensure well organized administration, especially of IT registers and licenses
-Assists the Procurement Manager

Activity Tasks:
-Operate efficient IT purchasing service for goods, materials & services
-Liaise with suppliers for quotations
-Process orders & Invoices
-Maintain the IT assets registers including
-The IT software license register
-The IT hardware register
-Process office filing
-Monitor/pricing and ensure 'value for money' at all times
-Provide accurate and timely solutions to user problems of moderate to nature to ensure user productivity
-Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails and personal contact in a timely manner
-Helping to meet KPI's and SLA's
-Actively communicate with the customer
-Assist Procurement Manager in ensuring that there is always a presence within the Procurement team
-Work in conjunction with other support teams to deliver the service as per the Service model
