The role

NES have a Dubai based client who is recruiting experienced staff for a major project in Dubai

Required Experience/Accountabilities

Complete understanding of, and competency in, stakeholder relationships and management.

Experienced in all aspects of commercial feasibilities from both the revenue and cost perspectives.

Strong ability to manage diverse teams within large and dynamic organisation.

Ability to manage joint venture partnerships from inception all the way through to project(s) delivery.
Highly developed communication, relationship building and negotiating skills, conflict resolution and complaints handling. Able to persuasively present new ideas and concepts.
Proven track record in strong financial and budget management with a focus on bottom-line performance and margin enhancement to maximise project success.
Ability to identify, develop and implement strategic plans, time lines and assess project requirements including outstanding organisational and team management skills ensuring staff ownership and meeting of construction project milestones within handover deadlines.

Competent in all areas of development and project management including coordination of professionals such as Architects, Designers, Town Planners and Engineers to identify and determine strategies and project requirements to enable work to commence on developments.
Expertise in documentation such as scopes of works, authorities applications, presentations to boards and key stakeholders, tenders, and management reporting of results and project milestones.
Excellent staff management skills including organisation of teams, delegation of workloads, distribution of labour, appointment of sub-contractors, training coordination, provision of advice and guidance and general human resource management.
Eye for detail and accuracy with regard to placement of services, aesthetic finishes and quality assurance of projects prior to handover.
