Our client is an international petrochemical manufacturer. They are looking to recruit a Development Manager to deliver process engineering capability and define and recommend technical and EHS improvement opportunities which meet the goals of the business. You will be accountable for plant development work working with the plant operations teams to ensure completion by the agreed target date. This role requires a process engineer who is capable of working with minimal technical supervision and supervising the technical work of others. You would be the first line technical contact for the operating plants within your area and as such you should have some solid plant based experience coupled with some strong soft skills.
