Our client is a leading Operator with facilities throughout Europe, North America and Africa.
They are currently looking to recruit an Asset Optimisation Manager who will be responsible for leading efforts to identify and initiate means of improving actual performance and demonstrably adding value to the business. This will initially be through development and enhancement of the existing facilities which includes all parts of the onshore and offshore gas processing assets, from the reservoir through to entry to the grid, during the full injection and production cycle, and requires consideration over the full expected asset life.
The successful candidate will have qualifications to degree level in Process Engineering , and chartered accreditation would be advantageous. Considerable experience of upstream oil and gas operations, in both operational and engineering settings with experience in process simulation, modelling and optimisation techniques. In addition you will have experience in project delivery, including economic evaluation and project justification, and project management. Knowledge and experience of gas storage and processing operations and the UK gas market would be an advantage.
