QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Leeds : Salary 40-50,000 Plus Car & Excellent Package

This vacancy is working for one of the UKs and the worlds leading construction, development & service groups. As a core business they specialize in building and civil engineering, private house building, property development and the Private Finance Initiative.

I have the position of recruiting a Senior Project QS to work within the Commercial team for the Construction Division; which has offices throughout the UK and Overseas which enable the business to offer specialist regional knowledge to all projects.

This is a very important position for the business and as Quantity Surveyor you will take responsibility for a range of projects that can value up to 5million yourself or anywhere up to 300million when working as part of a team. You will be working within a team of 12 surveyors, who are an experienced and established team who all have capability to work individually or part of a team. This is not a business that is looking to hand hold its employees but one who expects to constantly push and develop their staff.
