NES Group Client Contracts 

NES Group has established a professional Commercial Department with responsibility for reviewing all client contracts. Where appropriate, we enter into negotiation with clients to agree mutually acceptable terms and conditions for conducting business.

NES Group provides ‘Services’ of an employment agency for the introduction of permanent candidates, an employment business for the provision of temporary workers and is a provider of training. NES conducts business on the standard ‘Terms of Business’ applicable to the NES Group subsidiary entering into contract. These Terms of Business are deemed to be accepted by virtue of any request by any person for the supply of such Services by NES, to the exclusion of all other terms, conditions, warranties and representations, unless other contract terms and conditions are specifically agreed in writing and signed by a Director of NES prior to the commencement of such Services. Should you require re-confirmation of the Terms of Business, please contact the Group Commercial Department.

Please note, that as a recruitment business, NES Group shall not be entitled to nor will it seek to supervise, direct or control the execution of the work undertaken by any contractor it engages on an assignment on behalf of an end client.

NES Group Contracts with Contractors 

NES Group has a developed appropriate ‘Terms of Business’ that are appropriate for freelance contractors. These have been reviewed by our employment and contract lawyers, and tax advisers.

NES Group maintains an extensive portfolio of insurances for its activities as a recruitment business in the following sums:

Employer's Liability £25,000,000 (£5,000,000 for offshore risks)
Public Liability £5,000,000
Professional Indemnity £5,000,000
